For that reason, we recommend you service domestic portable toilets at least once a month. If there has been high usage, then we would recommend your toilet is serviced more frequently.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for Portable Toilet Cleaning Services?
When you have a commercial portable toilet installed, or a domestic portable toilet cleaned, we require truck access to at least 25 metres to the site to be able to complete the service. If the site is overly steep or muddy, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate accordingly.
We prefer for someone to be available on site at the time of your portable toilet cleaning service. However if this is not possible, please make sure your property and toilet block site is easily accessible, and you instruct our team how to access our site.
